Policies

Replacement Policy:

If you have received a damaged or defective product, or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the website, app, or mobile site within 10 days of receiving the product.

Successful pickup of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:

  1. Correct & complete product [With the original brand/product ID, undetached MRP tag, product’s original packing, freebies, and accessories].
  2. The product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition without any scratches or dents.

Return Policy / Cancellation Policy:

We have only a replacement policy. Extra courier charges apply.


Refund Policy:

We do not provide refunds for any product. We have a replacement policy as per the details mentioned above.
